By entering the store, shopping, handling merchandise, using store property, requesting staff assistance, or making a purchase at TNS Liquidation LLC ( DBA: BinCredible Deals)s, you agree to follow these Store Policies.

TNS Liquidation LLC ( DBA: BinCredible Deals) reserves the right to update, modify, enforce, or interpret these policies at any time.

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases at TNS Liquidation LLC ( DBA: BinCredible Deals) are final.

This applies to all merchandise, including bin items, non-bin items, individually priced items, discounted items, promotional items, and merchandise purchased from any section of the store.

Customers are responsible for inspecting merchandise before purchase and deciding whether they are comfortable purchasing the item as-is.

2. Merchandise Is Sold As-Is

All merchandise at TNS Liquidation LLC ( DBA: BinCredible Deals) is sold as-is, where-is, and with all faults.

Items may be new, used, open-box, damaged-box, returned, overstock, expired, untested, incomplete, missing parts, damaged, non-working, or in need of repair.

TNS Liquidation LLC ( DBA: BinCredible Deals) does not guarantee that any item is complete, functional, safe for a specific use, compatible with any device, suitable for any purpose, or free from defects.

Customers are responsible for checking the condition, contents, compatibility, expiration dates, recall status, safety information, and usability of all items before purchasing or using them.

3. Customers May Not Personally Open, Unseal, Use, Assemble, Plug In, or Test Merchandise

To ensure a safe and fair shopping experience for everyone, customers may not personally open, unseal, use, assemble, plug in, alter, damage, or test any merchandise before purchase.

Items in bins, on shelves, in carts, on displays, or anywhere else in the store must remain in the condition in which they are found.

This applies to merchandise whether it is sealed, unsealed, already opened, partially opened, boxed, loose, packaged, or unpackaged.

Customers may not remove packaging, break factory seals, tear boxes, cut tape, remove parts, plug in electronics, assemble items, use products, apply products, sample products, or otherwise alter the condition of any item before purchase.

Any item that has been opened, unsealed, damaged, used, altered, or tampered with by a customer may be considered purchased at management’s discretion.

4. Staff-Assisted Testing

If testing is available for an eligible item, the item must be brought to the designated front test station.

Only TNS Liquidation LLC ( DBA: BinCredible Deals) staff may plug in, power on, or test merchandise before purchase.

Staff-assisted testing is performed in front of the customer when available and when staff determines that testing is reasonable, safe, and appropriate for the item.

TNS Liquidation LLC ( DBA: BinCredible Deals) may refuse to test any item for any reason, including safety concerns, missing parts, damaged condition, lack of required equipment, electrical concerns, sealed packaging, time limitations, customer volume, or store operations.

Testing by staff does not create any warranty, guarantee, return right, exchange right, store credit right, or promise that the item will continue working after purchase.

Once an item is purchased, the sale is final, even if the item later does not work, is incomplete, is expired, is missing parts, or requires repair.

5. Expired, Health, Beauty, Food, Baby, Battery, and Electronic Items

TNS Liquidation LLC ( DBA: BinCredible Deals) may sell items that are expired, close to expiration, damaged, opened, returned, incomplete, or otherwise not in original retail condition.

This may include food, snacks, cosmetics, health and beauty items, personal care products, baby items, batteries, electronics, household goods, and similar merchandise.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all labels, dates, packaging, warnings, instructions, safety notices, and manufacturer information before purchasing or using any item.

TNS Liquidation LLC ( DBA: BinCredible Deals) is not responsible for misuse, allergic reactions, product incompatibility, expired product use, recalled product use, missing instructions, manufacturer defects, or customer failure to inspect an item before purchase.

6. Recalls and Product Safety

Customers are responsible for checking whether an item has been recalled or is subject to any manufacturer, government, safety, or consumer warning.

TNS Liquidation LLC ( DBA: BinCredible Deals) does not guarantee that merchandise has been screened for recalls, safety notices, expiration issues, or manufacturer warnings.

Customers should not use any item unless they are comfortable with its condition, safety, instructions, and intended use.

7. Pricing

TNS Liquidation LLC ( DBA: BinCredible Deals) pricing may vary by day, location, bin section, promotion, or item type.

Bin prices may change by day. Non-bin items may be priced individually.

Prices, promotions, bin days, sale days, store hours, inventory availability, and merchandise selection may change without notice.

TNS Liquidation LLC ( DBA: BinCredible Deals) reserves the right to correct pricing errors, refuse incorrect pricing, and make final pricing decisions at checkout.

8. Holds and Unattended Merchandise

Customers may keep items they are considering purchasing in their shopping carts, shopping bags, or other allowed shopping containers while actively shopping.

TNS Liquidation LLC ( DBA: BinCredible Deals) staff do not hold merchandise overnight for customers.

Items left unattended, hidden, placed aside, staged, or left in carts or bags after a customer leaves may be returned to the bins or sales floor at the discretion of staff.

TNS Liquidation LLC ( DBA: BinCredible Deals) is not responsible for lost, moved, returned, or misplaced items that have not been purchased.

9. Personal Bags, Backpacks, Carts, Strollers, and Wagons

Customers may bring personal bags, backpacks, totes, carts, strollers, and wagons into the store unless staff determines that an item creates a safety concern, blocks aisles, interferes with shopping, or disrupts store operations.

TNS Liquidation LLC ( DBA: BinCredible Deals) reserves the right to restrict, inspect, or ask customers to move personal items when needed for safety, security, or crowd control.

10. Children

Children are allowed in TNS Liquidation LLC ( DBA: BinCredible Deals), but they must remain with a responsible adult at all times.

Parents and guardians are responsible for the safety, supervision, behavior, and actions of children in their care.

Children may not run, climb, throw merchandise, enter restricted areas, play in bins, block aisles, damage merchandise, interfere with other customers, or create unsafe conditions.

Parents and guardians must supervise children closely around bins, loose merchandise, sharp items, glass, electronics, carts, fixtures, displays, and other potential hazards.

TNS Liquidation LLC ( DBA: BinCredible Deals) reserves the right to ask a parent or guardian to remove a child from the store if the child’s behavior creates a safety issue or disrupts store operations.

11. Opening Rush, Lines, and Crowd Safety

Customers must follow all line rules and staff instructions before entry and during shopping.

Running, pushing, shoving, cutting in line, aggressive digging, blocking aisles, fighting over merchandise, threatening behavior, or unsafe conduct is not allowed.

Lines are generally handled on a normal first-come, first-served basis.

From time to time, TNS Liquidation LLC ( DBA: BinCredible Deals) may offer VIP lines, promotional entry, or special access as part of store promotions.

TNS Liquidation LLC ( DBA: BinCredible Deals) reserves the right to manage lines, limit entry, delay entry, change entry procedures, or remove customers when necessary for safety, security, fairness, or store operations.

12. Customer Safety Notice

Treasure hunting is part of the TNS Liquidation LLC ( DBA: BinCredible Deals) shopping experience.

Merchandise in bins may include items with sharp edges, broken packaging, exposed metal, glass, pointed objects, loose parts, damaged materials, heavy items, fragile items, or other hazards that could cause cuts, scrapes, punctures, trips, falls, or other injuries.

Customers must use caution when reaching into bins, moving merchandise, lifting items, handling boxes, and inspecting products.

Customers should watch where they place their hands and inspect items carefully before handling them.

Customers should not reach blindly into bins, force items apart, dig aggressively, throw merchandise, climb into bins, or move items in a way that creates a safety risk.

Customers must report hazardous items, sharp objects, broken glass, spills, blocked aisles, unstable merchandise, damaged fixtures, or unsafe conditions to a team member immediately.

13. Safety and Assumption of Risk

Customers shop at their own risk and assume responsibility for exercising reasonable care while shopping.

By entering TNS Liquidation LLC ( DBA: BinCredible Deals), customers acknowledge the inherent risks associated with browsing liquidation merchandise, including bins containing mixed, loose, damaged, sharp, heavy, fragile, expired, incomplete, or untested items.

Customers must use care when handling merchandise, carts, bins, shelves, pallets, fixtures, testing stations, electrical outlets, and store equipment.

Customers should not climb on bins, shelves, pallets, carts, fixtures, or displays.

Customers should not lift heavy or unsafe items without assistance.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TNS Liquidation LLC ( DBA: BinCredible Deals) is not liable for injuries resulting from the normal and inherent risks of handling liquidation merchandise or from a customer’s failure to exercise reasonable care.

14. Spills, Trip Hazards, and Unsafe Conditions

Customers must immediately notify staff of spills, leaks, broken glass, sharp objects, damaged merchandise, blocked aisles, trip hazards, unstable merchandise, loose cords, wet floors, or any other condition that may create a risk of injury.

Customers should not attempt to clean, move, repair, or handle unsafe conditions themselves unless directed by staff.

15. Food and Drinks

Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside TNS Liquidation LLC ( DBA: BinCredible Deals).

This policy helps protect merchandise, reduce spills, maintain cleanliness, and prevent safety hazards.

16. Restrooms

Customer restrooms may be available during store hours.

Unpurchased merchandise may not be taken into restrooms.

19. Service Animals

Service animals are allowed as required by applicable law.

Pets, emotional support animals, comfort animals, and non-service animals are not allowed inside the store.

Service animals must remain under control and may not disrupt store operations, create safety issues, damage merchandise, block aisles, or threaten the safety of customers or staff.

20. Photography and Video

Customers may take photos or videos inside TNS Liquidation LLC ( DBA: BinCredible Deals) for personal or promotional purposes, provided they do not disrupt business, block aisles, interfere with staff, harass customers, record restricted areas, create safety issues, or misuse the image or likeness of others.

TNS Liquidation LLC ( DBA: BinCredible Deals) reserves the right to stop photography or video recording at any time if staff determines it is disruptive, unsafe, inappropriate, or harmful to store operations.

By entering TNS Liquidation LLC ( DBA: BinCredible Deals), customers understand that they may appear in store security footage, promotional content, social media content, or background footage captured in a retail environment.

21. Customer Conduct

Customers must treat staff, other customers, vendors, and guests with respect.

Harassment, threats, profanity directed at staff or customers, intimidation, discrimination, fighting, disruptive behavior, theft, suspected theft, unsafe behavior, or refusal to follow staff instructions may result in removal from the store, refusal of service, cancellation of a transaction, or restriction from future visits.

TNS Liquidation LLC ( DBA: BinCredible Deals) reserves the right to refuse service or ask any person to leave for unsafe, abusive, disruptive, suspicious, or inappropriate behavior.

22. Staff Instructions and Store Discretion
